Mentoring
Mentoring is proven to be the most valuable form of education. By focusing on students' character, intellect and growth our students become more than academics, they become thriving citizens with something to offer.

01
Assessment
We begin with an early assessment of students' strengths, weaknesses and goals. These will evolve over the years with monthly meetings tracking academic and personal progress.
02
Experiences
This sets us apart from other forms of support. Students' are prepared for and matched with meaningful experiences in their communities, activities, and academics. They will be matched with various responsibilities that demand their character strengths. Students learn from real world involvement and continuously build on what they've learned before.

03
Intellectual Development
Depending on students' strengths and interests, a custom program of one-on-one and small group classes will challenge students intellectually. Students cultivate writing, reading, and critical thinking skills that make them a thriving member of the global conversation.
04
Guidance
Students are guided to develop a strong sense of their aspirations. Then, we work towards them. Students receive:
-
A monthly report
-
Course Selection Guidance
-
Map towards opportunities local and distant
-
Support seeking funding an scholarships
-
Just good ol' encouragement and coaching to be their best selves
